We come from a coaching background, having coached clients in Newcastle and online across the world since 2012. We’ve tried every diet under the sun and we always come back to the same approach; simplicity and balance. All of our meals are high in protein, with at least 150g of lean meat or fish per meal. We only use quality carbohydrates (i.e. wholegrain and non-inflammatory) and healthy fat sources (i.e. olive oil, avocados, eggs, nuts etc). We only use plant based sauces, maximising flavour and health. We don’t add sugar, preservatives or stabiliser to our food.
There are two options. Option one involves using our drop down menu above to select your meals, the total daily macro are calculated for you at the bottom of each day. If this doesn’t fit your needs, please email info@aurorakitchen.co.uk and we’ll book a call with our Nutritional Consultant. They will run through your requirements and use our macro system to create meals that fit your EXACT needs.

Yes of course, if for whatever reason you cannot consume your meals within 3 days of receiving them, simply pop them in the freezer. Please ensure meals are correctly defrosted and thoroughly cooked before consuming.
Absolutely! Our meals are sealed in tamper proof containers and secured with individual labels. One word of caution, if you put the box in a bag and it gets knocked, the seal can split and some of the contents can leak. If you’re concerned, we recommend wrapping the box either in a bag, cling film or tin foil.
Yes and no. If there is a scientifically backed nutritional approach that you follow, i.e. intermittent fasting, carb backloading, sports performance, carb cycling etc we are more than happy to help. If you are looking to follow a ‘fad’ diet, i.e. alkaline diet, the paleo diet etc then our plans are not for you. We come from a coaching background and focus on a balanced approach to nutrition, aiming to deliver meals that are as nutrient dense as possible, without unnecessarily eliminately whole food groups.
We make all of our sauces in house, made from fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and a few secret ingredients. No added sugar, no preservatives, no rubbish.
